Spinach, coconut and mango smoothie

Serves 2


  • 1 tsp ME Moringa powder

  • 1 mango

  • 3 handfuls of spinach leaves

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 2/3 cup of coconut milk

  • 1 freshly squeezed orange

  • 1 freshly squeezed lemon

For toppings:

  • 1 mango 

  • Chia seeds


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you get an homogeneous and thick texture. 

  2. Pour the smoothie into two bowls, then keep them cool in the fridge while preparing the topping. 

  3. Cut the second mango into small pieces. 

  4. On top of each smoothie bowl, carefully place the pumpkin seeds and the pieces of mango. You can also add grated coconut and granola if desired.

Eat fresh!
