Smoothies are not only breakfast meals, you can also serve them as desserts. Like Moringa, they are packed with good-for-you ingredients (essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements). Plus, Moringa a particularly rich source of vegetable protein and is considered as superaliment.
Here are three recipes of sweet smoothies bowls that taste like desserts. It is simple: make a bowl of thick smoothie and top it with fruits slices, nuts, seeds and so on.
The chocolate-hazelnut smoothie
For the smoothie: Incorporate into a blender 1 tbsp hazelnut puree, 1 banana, 2 tsp agave syrup, 1/2 cup of almond milk. Melt with 2 pieces of dark chocolate (70% cocoa), 1 tsp ME Moringa powder and mix.
For the topping: Use a sliced banana, coconut and chocolate chips, hazelnuts and sesame seeds.
The forestfruits smoothie
For the smoothie: Incorporate into a blender 1 cup of frozen strawberries, raspberries and blueberries (or add a few ice cubes), 1 1/4 cup of soy milk, 1 tsp honey, 2 tbsp chia seeds and 1 tsp ME Moringa powder. Mix all.
For the topping: Use some blueberries, almonds, Goji berries and chia seeds.
For the smoothie: Incorporate into a blender 3 handfuls of spinach, 1 kiwi, 2 carrots, 1 orange, 1 banana, 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1 tsp ME Moringa powder.
For the topping: Use 1 sliced kiwi, a few almonds and granola.
