Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Grease tart pans and place the mixture in the pans. Spread the mixture evenly along the edges. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips and add them to the food processor. Add milk and half and half slowly while processing. Blend in the coconut flour and ME Moringa. Place in freezer for 10 minutes.
Take the crust out and spread the chocolate on top!
