Magnificent moringa cleansing smoothie

Be sure to use only organic, non-GMO ingredients to match the magnificence of the ME Moringa Powder! Our ME Moringa is grown organically and all products are prepared additive-free for your fantastic benefit. Use a good food blender to prepare this smoothie and rinse all the vegetables thoroughly before preparing.

  1. 1 green/bell pepper, de-seeded and cut in pieces. Bell/green pepper is known for its high Vit C content.

  2. 1 cup purified water OR coconut water

  3. 3 medium carrots, cut in rings. Leave unpeeled for extra fibre.

  4. 1 small/medium cucumber, cut in rings. Leave unpeeled for extra fibre.

  5. ½ a lemon, pips and rind removed. Keep a sliver of rind and add when blending for a refreshing, lemony flavour.

  6. 1 red apple, cored. Leave unpeeled for extra fibre.

  7. 1 serving Moringa Powder

  8. 3 drops of stevia (optional) or ½ teaspoon of xylitol

  9. 3 leaves spearmint (optional)


  1. Place cup of water in the blender first.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, and a few cubes of ice, if preferred. Blend.

  3. Add ¼ cup almond or coconut milk for an even more nutritious smoothie. If too rich, use only half the ingredients and add a bit more water.
