TurMeric and moringa smoothie

Ingredients

ME Moringa Powder is organically grown and free from any additives, so be sure all the listed ingredients are organic and non-GMO too.

  1. 1 cup coconut milk

  2. 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  3. 1 tablespoon flax seed oil (Omit if you don’t like the taste of this Omega 3-source.)

  4. 1/2 cup frozen mango, pineapple or orange

  5. 1 banana

  6. 1 teaspoon raw honey OR stevia. (Stevia would be a good choice for slimmers and diabetics, as it doesn’t affect blood sugar. Xylitol would also be good for this purpose.)

  7. 1 serving Moringa Powder

  8. 1 teaspoon freshly grated turmeric

Instructions

Blend all the ingredients together with a hand-held blender stick, or a food processer. Pour in a glass over ice cubes and enjoy immediately for the greatest benefits!
