STRAWBERRIES, SPINACH AND YOGURT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients 

  • 2 handfuls of spinach 

  • 2 cups of plain yogurt 

  • 2/3 cup of vegetable milk 

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 

  • 2 tbsp honey 

  • 2 tsp ME Moringa powder 

For toppings:

  • 2 kiwis

  • 4 or 5 strawberries 

  • Handful of granola

  • Grated coconut


Instructions

  1. Clean the spinach. 

  2. Pour it with Moringa powder into a blender. Add yogurt, milk, lemon juice and powdered sugar. 

  3. Mix for several seconds until you get an homogeneous and thick texture.

  4. Pour the smoothie into bowls. Let them in the fridge to cool while preparing the topping. 

  5. Clean strawberries and kiwis. 

  6. Slice the kiwis and the strawberries into small pieces. 

  7. On top of smoothie, place nicely the pieces of kiwi, strawberries and granola. Sprinkle grated coconut for a more exotic flavor.


Enjoy while it is still fresh.
