Homemade Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp squash seeds 

  • 2 tsp sunflower seeds 

  • 2 tsp flaxseed 

  • 4 tsp tapered almonds 

  • 4 tsp puffed rice 

  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 1 2/3 tbsp maple syrup 

  • 2 tsp olive oil 

  • 1 tsp sea salt 

  • 2 tsp ME Moringa powder


Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the Moringa. Dry them in the oven on a baking sheet for 15 min at 320 °F.

  2. When out of the oven, add the Moringa. Mix well and let cool!


You can eat it as is or pour it over yogurt, or fruit salad...
