Blueberry ice cream


  • 1.5 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tbsp agave syrup 

  • 1 tsp ME Moringa powder

  • 2 tbsp half and half (or any non dairy cream)


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Pour into ice cream molds.

  3. Place in a freezer for 30 min. 

  4. Insert wooden sticks and freeze for another 4 hours or overnight.
