Stop finding excuses ...

How many times are we saying "When I’ll have more time I’ll exercise more", "When I’ll have a better budget, I will eat healthier", "When I’ll be more confident, I will approach it "... 

Many of us delay to tomorrow what could have been done today or the day before, as if we were waiting for the optimum conditions to start realizing our projects ... 

The reality is that they will never be together ... If you thought that to you’ll be in your confort zone at the beginning, think again. We must find the strength, the courage and the intuition to start when nothing is visible ... Nothing can ensure success and yet there are many visionaries who have paved the way from the bottom, working with passion and conviction to master of their destiny. 

"They did not know it was impossible, so they did it" ... An adage that absolutely transcribes the above. 

We do not control the ideal moment, however, when we work hard to achieve our goals and our projects, the timing always ends up coming to our door one way or another. Our sole responsibility is to create an ideal state of mind. "The one who has decided to succeed has already walked halfway." Take courage and fight with all your efforts so as not to discourage you, to let you destabilize and to lose yourself within your own ambitions that some will call "too big" ... Oprah was fired, and Steve Jobs was thanked in his own company! Who would believe it? This did not prevent them from realizing their dreams ... They took necessary lashes and lived up to their ambitions to never be dominated by the codes of life or even to "put everything back to tomorrow" ... Every "no" was a motivation. 

When you want to do something, do it for the day before and not for the next day. 

Get hold of the right frame of mind ! Treat yourself to a daily ritual of conditioning. 

Some people find their balance in a good morning sports session, others in a cup of tea, a large glass of smoothie or a full breakfast, several get a few minutes in melody ... 

Regardless of the form in which it comes, always take the necessary 15 minutes to give you positive vibes, in order to be able to realize (without frustration or excuse) the tasks that you could perform daily and not the next day.
